Want to Ski but have no snow? So what??
If you think that you can’t go skiing if you live in Vietnam you are wrong.
Imagine the snow on top of Mt Hutt in New Zealand……well, that’s not exactly what you are going to get in Vietnam. Instead of skiing on white snow you can relax and enjoy grass skiing. There is a Grass-ski recreation complex about 30 kilometers from Hanoi in Luong Son Dis. , Hoa Binh Province, with a total area of 10,000 square meters.
You can ski using special chained wheel shoes or in a sled and tickets are priced at VND 35,000 per person from Monday to Friday between April to September and VND 40,000 per person on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Instructors are available to get you going. Enjoy the grass but don’t eat it.
well, come to my hometown , we have a lot of snow. where you can enjoy skiing on the snow even ice-skating!
but remember: the tempreture may be too cold for you 25—30 below 0 degrees at most!
There’s another place for grass skiing in Long Thanh, Dong Nai; just around 40 mins from HoChiMinh City.
